Nestled between Harvey Nichols and Harrods, The Knightsbridge Estate occupies a prime position in London’s retail landscape. We worked with developer Chelsfield to create a positioning and an identity for a mixed-use scheme at the northern end of the estate, where Sloane Street meets Brompton Road. Aimed at luxury retail tenants, our bold and bright identity and set of brochures convey the ambition and vision of this landmark development.
Get the picture
Taking inspiration from modern art, our identity deconstructs the floorplans of the seven flagship stores within the scheme. Playful illustrations in the same colour palette introduce readers to its key selling points.
A schematic overview indicates the extent of the development, which includes retail and office space, luxury apartments and a rooftop restaurant. Detailed floorplans and individual unit plans appear in a technical book to accompany the main brochure.
A Knightsbridge tale
Editorial elements of the brochure include an interview with scheme architect Keith Priest, alongside an opinion piece on the role of design and creativity in the future of luxury retail.
