Winkreative worked with developer Squircle Capital to tell the story of Francesc Macià 10, a Swiss-designed mid-century icon in Barcelona. Having helped select renowned Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan to remodel the building’s interior, we crafted a distinctive identity and produced a range of in-depth marketing materials, including two books, films and a website, to convey Kogan’s vision and the quality of life at Francesc Macià 10 to potential residents.
Francesc Macià 10’s identity is inspired by circles and curves – from the roundabout that the building looks out onto to the arch-shaped lattices on the curved façade.
‘I feel a connection between the energy of Barcelona and the building’
Marcio Kogan, architect
Through the lens
Interior photography shot by Adrian Gaut captures Kogan’s impeccable attention to detail, use of materials and, most importantly, the sense of life he created inside the building.
The big reveal
The fully realised project was revealed through the website, where graphic images and key messages take centre stage. The site offers a glimpse into all aspects of life at Francesc Macià 10, including neighbourhood highlights and its exclusive residential amenities.
The brochure was an opportunity to tell the story of Francesc Macià 10 in full, including a section dedicated to the core materials used throughout the building. We also created a ‘buyer’s guide’ as a more functional information piece for the prospective resident.
