All of our design and communication work starts with a strategic foundation. The role of the Senior Strategist is to lead the brand strategy phase and then to stay alongside both the client and core creative team to ensure that the work continues to develop faithfully. The Senior Strategist works closely with the account team to formulate and pitch fresh, relevant ideas to drive growth for both the client’s business and Winkreative’s.
Winkreative is seeking a Senior Strategist who speaks both English and German to work with existing and new projects across a range of briefs and sectors. This is a full-time contract based at the agency’s creative headquarters in London. The expectations of the candidate’s skills are manifold and the following abilities will be considered:
- research methodology (design and implementation)
- analytical and critical thinking skills
- creative ideas
- written and verbal presentation
The role requires that our experienced candidate be confident working with a creative team to lead the first strategic phase of any creative project, then continue to work with that team and client to ensure that the brand positioning and narrative continue to support the design and implementation work for the building of the brand.
Our candidate should feel at ease presenting to senior client stakeholder groups, not only with style and clarity, but also with belief in the work.
The Senior Strategist will work with a team consisting of one other Senior Strategist and a Strategist.
