Overview
Countryside Properties, when shortlisted to develop the Rochester Riverside site in Kent, assigned a progressive mix of four experienced international architecture offices to the project. Working in close collaboration with this architecture team, Winkreative designed the final printed tender, a public exhibition of the proposed site and a website including two films in support of the bid.
Another key component of the project was the creation of the branding and visual language proposal for the prospective new development. This included the full corporate identity, a wayfinding system and marketing collateral. Winkreative’s work reflected and enhanced the imaginative architecture, design and landscape concepts that combined to deliver a new Riverside City concept – an environment for a sustainable community and improved quality of life.
