São Lourenço do Barrocal is a 780-hectare estate in the stunning Alentejo region of Portugal. Bordering Alqueva Lake, the estate spans olive groves, vineyards and meadows, as well as the remarkable stone formations from which it takes its name.
Seventh-generation family-owned, the property (including a once-bustling farming village) will be sensitively transformed into a rural retreat containing residences, a hotel, winery, restaurants, spa and retail, as well as a thriving farm.
Winkreative was commissioned to advise on how best to position the development in the market, craft a visual identity for the estate, support residential sales, and create a website and printed collateral. From launch, the elegant website will feature a series of evocative films about the estate and inspiring animations.
