Overview
Malaysia-based developer, Dutaland, is in the early stages of a project scheduled for completion in 2021: Kenny Heights, an urban development in Kuala Lumpur, will feature a variety of architectural designs by esteemed architects such as Foster and Partners, Kengo Kuma, David Adjaye and Zaha Hadid.
Winkreative’s role was to create a scalable visual identity, an advertising campaign focused on the project’s launch at MIPIM Asia, and a marketing brochure that presented the full extent of the project's ambition. Winkreative delivered a fresh approach that cut through the homogenous visual style of property development marketing. Focusing on character and personality rather than buildings, Wink’s advertising and marketing brochure content presented a colourful and human picture of urban life in Malaysia.
