Overview
Dubai-based Dia Media required a logo for the launch of its 24-hour premium shopping and lifestyle channel, Dia Television. The channel was targeted towards wealthy women across the Middle East and North Africa region and the logo design had to resonate with this specific demographic and culture.
Winkreative developed a logo that reflected the 24-hour nature of the channel. A repeating rising sun motif in oranges and pinks (echoing dawn and dusk) formed the basis of the logo and a specially crafted roman typeface with Arabic influence was used for the typography.
