Overview
Dellis Cay is an unspoiled island in the Turks and Caicos where seven internationally renowned architects will design a limited collection of private residences, villas and hotels all supported by the luxury hospitality services of Mandarin Oriental.
Having designed the original O Property Collection identity for the island’s owners, Winkreative was then appointed to design all printed material to support the sales of the various properties as each phase is released. Each phase entails a booklet focused on the design of one of the seven architects, the design direction of the properties and the lifestyle afforded to Dellis Cay residents. Communications extend to include an advertising concept, photographic content direction and event promotional items.
