A property developer in Devon launched a modern residential concept for an ideal family home designed specifically for coastal living. The focus was on balance – between indoor and outdoor, practical and aesthetic, and among all family members who live in the space. Winkreative developed Brookville Coast’s brand strategy, identity and designed a brochure and website, all with a clean, modern aesthetic that reflected the values of the developer.
