Francfranc is an iconic Japanese interiors retailer, with stores in
Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea. Since 2009, Winkreative has worked
with Francfranc to create a more sophisticated identity that appeals to
a savvier shopper.
The process began by conceiving a brand book redefining Francfranc’s
understanding of itself. Next, we created rich concept books designed
to inspire product development each season, as well as crafting an
iconic, new marque; a contemporary seal that is equally at home on
signage as it is on the products themselves.
Additionally, Winkreative devised an advertising campaign for the
brand’s flagship store in Aoyama, Tokyo depicting Francfranc’s role at
the heart of the Japanese high street.
Our work with Francfranc continues, including identity work for its new
product range, photographic art direction and design for the seasonal
catalogues, and website consultancy.
